- You welcome the guests at the reception and ensure a pleasant first impression with your friendly demeanour
- You take over the check-in and check-out of the guests independently and ensure a smooth process on arrival and departure
- You take hotel bookings securely and process them precisely for a smooth stay and departure
- You take hotel bookings confidently and process them accurately to ensure a smooth stay for guests
- You provide guests with expert advice on local information and give recommendations on interesting excursion destinations
Requirements
- Ideally, you have hotel training or relevant professional experience and can confidently master the processes at reception
- Even as a career changer (m/f/d) with commercial knowledge, you will receive a thorough induction
- Your corresponding PC knowledge will enable you toknowledge will enable you to work routinely with all common hotel programmes
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends will characterise your flexibility
- You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
