• You actively acquire new talent on platforms for the industrial sector and thus contribute to the expansion of our team
• You conduct job interviews independently and take comprehensive care of the selection process for production
• You liaise closely with the specialist departments and the management and ensure targeted personnel selection
• You support the production management in the creation of requirement profiles, warehouse management and team management
• you will efficiently organise the preparation of new hires to ensure fast and smooth onboarding

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have professional experience in recruiting
• Experience in the field of production or in the manufacturing industry is an advantage for you
