• The independent setup and monitoring of complex extrusion systems and injection moulding machines is part of your daily core tasks
• You will be responsible for the professional production of compounds according to recipe specifications and continuously optimise the ongoing production processes for your colleagues:
• You ensure regular quality controls of the rubber profiles and moulded parts produced through precise measurements and conscientious documentation
• Active collaboration in the development of new elastomer compounds and the performance of material tests require your technical skills
• .
• You will independently rectify faults in the production process and carry out minor maintenance work on the tools and machines in a professional manner
• You will contribute your expertise on a daily basis by instructing new team members and ensuring compliance with high safety standards

• You have successfully completed your training as a process mechanic in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), rubber technologist (m/f/d) or plastics moulding technician (m/f/d)
• In-depth practical experience in the processing of elastomers and detailed knowledge of extrusion technology characterise your career
• Technical understanding of complex production systems and a high level of quality awareness characterise your daily work in an industrial environment
• The confident use of industry-specific software solutions and a confident handling of common IT systems are a matter of course for you
