• You will independently take care of customs clearance and documentation to ensure that export and import processes run smoothly
• You will skilfully manage and check all relevant customs formalities to ensure that every delivery is processed correctly and on time
• You will provide telephone and written support for our customers in the office, clarify concerns and build lasting relationships
• You are present at international trade fairs, look after stand visitors and actively maintain contact with our customers
• You handle calculations and quotations with flair and prepare individual quotations and precise price calculations
• You keep an eye on delivery dates and ensure that agreed deadlines are reliably met

• You have successfully completed your commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Willingness to travel is a matter of course for you, so that you are committed to supporting our activities at home and abroad
• You can always rely on your very good German language skills - you are convincing both in writing and orally
• In English you are confident at level B2/C1
• Ideally you have knowledge of French
