• You are responsible for the support and processing of customer enquiries (telephone calls and emails)
• You take care of the order entry and processing of orders
• You are responsible for checking applications and preparing quotations

• A completed technical or commercial apprenticeship e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in internal sales or customer service
• You are confident in using MS Office
• Ideally, you also have knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP or Sage
• You are characterised by your organised, independent and reliable way of working in dynamic situations
