Job description
- You will be responsible for the active acquisition of new customers and the identification of market potential to expand the regional customer base in the area of recycling

- As part of your job, you will support administrative processes and carefully enter all relevant customer information and conversation results into the in-house CRM system

Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in sales or customer service, ideally with initial contact with the waste management industry or a similar sector
- You have a sound knowledge of common IT applications and are experienced in using CRM systems and MS Office programmes in your day-to-day work
- You speak and write German at native speaker level to ensure professional communication with customers and internal interfaces at all times
- You have a good command of the German language:and internal interfaces at all times
- Furthermore, you have a high level of communication and negotiation skills and convince with a confident appearance towards various contact persons at decision-maker level
- In addition to your professional expertise, you also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
