For our client, a medium-sized tool technology company in Remscheid, we are looking for you as a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with a takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent processing of all customer orders from entry in the ERP system to on-time delivery to your worldwide business partners
  • Proactive support and advice for your national and international customers:inside on the phone and by e-
  • Your support in the preparation of export documents and the monitoring of delivery dates ensure a smooth process flow within your department and the entire company
  • You conscientiously maintain master data and continuously optimise the administrative processes in your department for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction at the site
  • You coordinate close coordination with production and logistics, to ensure optimum availability of your products for your customers at all times:
  • You actively participate in the preparation of quotations and support your team in following up on open items to ensure long-term liquidity

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
  • In-depth professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in the sales environment of a manufacturing industrial company, characterised by your previous career as well as your specialist knowledge in internal sales
  • comprehensive knowledge in the use of common ERP systems as well as a confident handling of MS Office applications are part of your daily tools of the trade in processing
  • your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as good English skills are essential for communication with your contacts in day-to-day business
  • reliability, a structured way of working and a pronounced service orientation successfully round off your profile as a committed and energetic personality for our client company
  • A high level of self-motivation and a willingness to optimise processes within your area of responsibility will make you a valuable team member in a modern working environment
