Job description

  • You will be responsible for the active support and targeted expansion of existing customer relationships with demanding customers from the field of municipalities, associations and public institutions in your sales area
  • You will be responsible for the independent and structured acquisition of new customers in order to successfully expand the portfolio of municipal IT solutions in Thuringia and establish new partnerships
  • You will be responsible for the convincing presentation and introduction of the entire service portfolio of our customer:

  • In addition, your support in accompanying tendering procedures and complex contract negotiations in the public sector is of great importance to ensure the successful implementation of projects

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or administrative assistant (m/f/d) or have a degree in business administration, business informatics or administration
  • You have sound professional experience in sales, ideally in the public sector or you have relevant practical experience in public administration
  • You are characterised by your affinity and basic understanding of complex IT solutions and digital improvement processes in order to be able to competently advise customers:
  • A confident knowledge of the common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for your daily work
  • A native level of written and spoken German and a basic knowledge of English round off your profile
  • You have a high degree of initiative and strong communication skills in order to build long-term relationships with customers:
  • You are ready for regular field service activities within Thuringia and work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
