- You ensure the achievement of sales targets in terms of turnover, revenue and customer orientation
- You are committed to acquiring new customers
- You reliably provide advice and support to a defined customer base
- You conduct negotiations and sales talks confidently and take care of the preparation and processing of quotations
- You handle complaints in a solution-oriented manner
- You maintain the product range with your care and keep an overview
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You ideally have professional experience in the building materials wholesale trade and good product knowledge
- With your knowledge of MS Office and in dealing with merchandise management systems, you are convincing in everyday work
- Your good understanding of numbers supports you in all commercial tasks
- You are characterised by strong communication and team skills as well as sociability
- With a pronounced customer orientation, enthusiasm for sales and negotiating skills, you approach your tasks
