Job description

  • You are actively involved in the showroom and play a key role in the organisation and attractive presentation of our products as well as providing individual support to customers:
  • You are involved in the initial telephone contact and pre-qualify incoming customer enquiries so that the handover to our regional master craftsmen works smoothly
  • In close cooperation with the sales team, you support and accompany current sales initiatives and contribute with a lot of motivation
  • You help to organise the order acceptance process and ensure that all important data is correctly transferred to the CRM system ZOHO
  • Your tasks include maintaining and updating customer information, tracking all interactions and creating informative reports
  • By participating in training courses, targeted training and learning on the job, you promote your own further development in the sales area
  • You optimise processes with your ideas and thus actively shape your own career path with us

Requirements

  • You are characterised by your willingness to take responsibility and your organisational talent, so that you feel comfortable taking over the management of the showroom
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and show an interest in technology as well as the ability to inspire customers with your enthusiasm
  • With your good knowledge of MS Office and your experience with ERP and CRM systems, you are ideally positioned
