• You will be responsible for order entry and order processing
• In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring appointments
• You will take care of general processing
• You will be responsible for planning and preparing appointments
• Finally, you will take care of master data maintenance

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained initial professional experience in internal sales
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• Ideally, you also have other foreign language skills
• You are very confident in using MS Office
• Ideally, you have also already gained SAP experience
