    Job description

    • You will be responsible for actively acquiring new customers through targeted acquisition as well as the sustainable development and professional support of existing customers by email or telephone
    • In addition, you will be responsible for providing customers with comprehensive advice on the technical feasibility and economic efficiency of their individual enquiries and projects on site
    • Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting product training courses on the use of our in-house software components for wire set production, both digitally and directly at the customer's premises:
    • Determining specific requirements as well as market-driven pricing and creating customised offers for our technical services are also part of your varied and responsible tasks
    • As part of your job, you will support the creation of complex calculations in close coordination with the technical departments and continuously monitor current market and competitive developments
    • Finally, you will be responsible for the professional recording of complaints, develop immediate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and carry out administrative sales activities such as reporting and contract preparation

    Requirements

    • You have a degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) specialising in electrical engineering
    • In addition, you have sound professional experience in technical sales or project planning within control cabinet construction and speak the technical language of the industry and customers with confidence:
    • You have a sound knowledge of the use of digital programmes and practical experience in using common E-CAD systems such as EPLAN, Zuken or WSCAD in your daily work
    • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication in an international context
    • Furthermore, you have a high level of teamwork and strong communication skills for successful cooperation with your colleagues:You are an absolute sales talent with a technical background and always work independently, customer-oriented and with a high willingness to occasionally travel to trade fairs
