• A central key user:In the SAP S/4HANA MM environment, you will take on the role of supporting the purchasing department in the use and further development
• you will accompany the introduction of outline contracts in S/4HANA within the technical framework, ensuring a clean and practical system mapping
• together with the operative purchasing department and the neighbouring departments, you will develop the structure of outline contracts, price sheets and tenders
• proactively identify new potential for improvement and standardisation for efficient processing within the ERP systems by analysing existing material conditions and contract data
• as an important interface between the specialist department, purchasing and IT, you coordinate all requirements for consistent and process-oriented implementation throughout the entire system
• provide technical support for system tests and train users:
In the correct use of the new functions are finally part of your area of responsibility

• You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), IT clerk (m/f/d) or IT systems clerk (m/f/d)
• Founded practical experience in the SAP S/4HANA MM environment as well as a confident way of working as a key user or technical consultant:in characterise your profile
• You are absolutely confident in dealing with outline agreements and are proficient in both the content-related purchasing processes and the subject-specific system-side mapping in SAP
• You understand the complex relationships between the material master, the info record, the outline agreement and the purchase order and can transfer them reliably
• You have a fluent command of written and spoken German to at least C1 level to ensure smooth communication with all internal and external stakeholders:inside
