Job description

  • You act as a commercial contact person and business partner for several plants and companies within the entire group and actively advise them on all financially relevant issues
  • In addition, you are responsible for the respective regularity of the monthly financial statements as well as the preparation of standard reports and ad hoc analyses to support management in strategic decisions
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the coordination and preparation of investment and budget planning.analyses to support the management in strategic decisions
  • In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing investment and budget planning and preparing meaningful profitability analyses including well-founded recommendations for action to increase business efficiency

  • as part of your role, you will support the active co-design of digitalisation projects for reporting and planning processes, to make internal processes future-proof and data-driven within the organisation
  • Finally, you will be responsible for communication with plant management and ensure that all controlling-relevant data is made available promptly and in the highest quality for Group reporting

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable academic qualification with a focus on controlling or finance at a college or university
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in controlling in a manufacturing industrial company, which enables you to quickly grasp complex commercial relationships and apply them confidently in practice
  • You are characterised by your solid knowledge of SAP and common IT tools such as Microsoft 365, Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in using BI tools
  • Written and spoken German at native speaker level and a very good command of English are essential for internal and international communication within the Group
  • In addition, you have a high level of analytical thinking and a structured way of working, which enable you to always maintain an overview, even with complex issues
  • Finally, you are a real team player with strong communication skills and impress with your confident demeanour and high level of initiative in solving challenging tasks
