Job description

  • You will be responsible for the inbound telephony of existing customers
  • You will also be responsible for the customer-oriented acceptance and processing of incoming telephone calls in the customer service centre
  • You will provide assistance with queries regarding e.g. online banking and general services etc.
  • You will be responsible for processing customer enquiries and orders by email

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d),Industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have experience in customer service and customer care
  • You are confident in using MS Office
  • Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
  • Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
