• You are responsible for issuing, returning and exchanging clothing and equipment to soldiers and civilian employees
• Counselling customers
• You are also responsible for answering the phone and making appointments:You will be responsible for advising customers on equipment and supplies
• Receiving telephone calls and making appointments
• You will also be responsible for making the necessary stock entries in the inventory management system
• You will be responsible for unloading lorries, receiving goods, storing and returning goods
• Supporting stocktaking and other special tasks round off your area of responsibility

• Training as a retail salesperson (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification is desirable, but not essential
• Even as a motivated career changer (m/f/d) with relevant work experience, e.g. in retail or warehousing, you can score points. in retail or warehousing
• You have good IT skills, especially in MS Office and merchandise management systems
• You think and act in a customer-oriented and independent manner
• Timely and careful work is a matter of course for you
• The prerequisites for employment are valid work papers (work permit) and good written and spoken German
