• You will be responsible for the full maintenance and servicing of the complex industrial furnace systems directly at the customer's site to ensure maximum availability of the thermal process systems at all times
• In addition, you will be responsible for competent support including in-depth analysis of technical faults and the development of sustainable problem solutions for permanently smooth and efficient plant operation
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the technical instruction and comprehensive training of the customer:
• the technical instruction and comprehensive training of customers on the optimal use and preventive maintenance of the heat treatment systems supplied in daily, technologically highly demanding industrial use
• the technical advice of the customer:customers on spare parts inventory, modernisation options and individual service plans is also part of your tasks, whereby you act as a proactive and central contact person, especially for technical optimisations
• as part of your job, you support the advance planning of service assignments, coordinate the instruction of external personnel and actively accompany the projects until successful acceptance by the global end customers:
• Finally, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports on the condition of the system and providing valuable feedback to the internal design department in order to significantly promote the continuous improvement of the products

• You have completed technical training as an electrician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d) and have a strong interdisciplinary understanding of plant engineering
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in the maintenance of industrial plants as well as very good manual skills, which will enable you to reliably identify faults and rectify technical defects
• You will be a competent specialist for modern plant technology thanks to your sound knowledge of common IT applications and in-depth experience with PLC controls, ideally in the Siemens S7 system
• You will have a native level of written and spoken German and a conversational level of English, enabling you to communicate confidently with various customers and internal departments worldwide:and internal departments worldwide
• You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany in order to be able to flexibly carry out worldwide service assignments with a willingness to travel of at least seventy percent without any legal restrictions
