- You will be responsible for operating and setting up punching systems, including step presses, automatic punching presses (pressing force 16-25 tonnes)
- You will also be responsible for the care, monitoring and maintenance activities on the systems and machines
- You are also responsible for changing tools and wear parts
- You are responsible for the provision of materials and feed parts
- In addition, you are responsible for carrying out the factory self-inspection according to specified test protocols
- Maintaining the necessary production documents (production orders, shift logs, etc.) falls within your area of responsibility
- You are also responsible for the maintenance of the machines.) falls within your remit
- Last but not least, you will ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- You have completed training as a metal technology specialist (m/f/d), tool mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in punching will benefit you
- Reading and understanding technical drawings is a matter of course for you
- Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
- Commitment, reliability as well as an independent and safe way of working speak for you
