• Ensure that all work is completed to agreed deadlines with optimum use of materials, equipment and labour and plan and manage the area to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, minimum lead times and cost-conscious production to the required quality
• Execute all production processes in accordance with customer requirements and work consistently to approved manufacturing specifications
• Monitor capacity and costs for your department and take appropriate action as required:
• You monitor and plan capacity, personnel and costs for your department and, if necessary, initiate appropriate measures to ensure a smooth process - for example, you develop suggestions for improvements
• You ensure that the production process is carried out in accordance with the customer's requirements

• You have completed training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• You are characterised by several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical or chemical production - ideally with knowledge of GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Leadership skills, high motivation, assertiveness and conflict resolution skills have already been demonstrated in leading teams
• You have a deep understanding of GMP and hygiene regulations and continuously optimise production processes
• You have a strong technical affinity for production systems and machines
• You are confident in using MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and a structured, goal-oriented way of working characterise your management style
