• You are responsible for managing and organising a shift team in injection moulding production
• You monitor and optimise the production processes on injection moulding machines
• You are responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with production targets
• You are also responsible for carrying out set-up and adjustment work on the systems
• You act as a contact person for the team in the event of technical and adjustment work on the systems falls within your area of responsibility
• you act as a contact person for the team for technical and organisational questions
• you are also responsible for coordinating and training new employees
• the documentation of production data and your support in error analysis round off your job profile

• A completed apprenticeship, e.g. as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in injection moulding production, ideally with management experience, speaks for you
• you have a good knowledge of modern injection moulding technologies and process optimisation
• you are willing to work in shifts
• you have a driving licence and a car
• a sense of responsibility and assertiveness are among your strengths
• you are characterised by your organised and communicative way of working
