- You monitor and control the order-related production processes, with a clear eye for efficiency, quality and adherence to deadlines
- You are responsible for personnel and material planning
- You instruct and systematically familiarise new employees and promote further training within the team, to build up sustainable expertise
- You take responsibility for safety, productivity, hygiene, quality, order and cleanliness in the entire area of responsibility
- In your role, you actively support the plant management and contribute to the continuous development of production processes
Requirements
- You have completed training as a butcher (m/f/d), butcher (m/f/d), ideally supplemented by further qualification as a master craftsman (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in a highly automated production plant is an advantage for you
- You are willing to work shifts and weekends
- You are confident with the PC and MS Office, whether documentation, documentation, evaluations or communication
- In production, you pay close attention to quality and yield and recognise potential for optimisation and act accordingly
- Compliance with hygiene regulations is your top priority
- You have a good command of written and spoken German - for clear communication and correct documentation
- You are characterised by determination, a focus on results and a careful and precise way of working
