• As deputy manager, you take responsibility for the organisational unit and consistently implement the company principles as well as the agreed plans and goals

• You have successfully completed training as a food technology specialist (m/f/d), chef (m/f/d) or butcher (m/f/d) or have many years of experience in this field
• Experience in industrial production technologies supports you in the control and optimisation of production processes
• Your experience in personnel management enables you to, to develop and deploy employees in a targeted manner
• You are confident and efficient in your use of CSB and MS Office
• Business management thinking and strong cost awareness characterise your way of working
• Organisational skills and technical understanding help you to actively tackle challenges
