• You will be responsible for the full technical quality inspection during the decisive final completion phase of the current major project in the field of multi-family house construction within Berlin Neukölln
• In addition, you will be responsible for the structured rectification of defects and coordinate all subcontractors involved to ensure the agreed quality standards before the final handover of the property
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the entire commercial project documentation and will handle the necessary correspondence with all project participants in the field of sophisticated building and residential construction
• The professional communication with customers as well as the monitoring of the timely execution of all remaining work is also part of your daily tasks in this exciting major project

• You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering (m/f/d), industrial engineering (m/f/d) or comparable training as a civil engineer (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in construction management or quality management, ideally with a clear focus on building construction or civil engineering
• You are particularly well versed in common IT applications and specific programmes for defect management and project control for this coordinative interface function
• Knowledge of written and spoken German at native speaker level is essential for legally compliant correspondence and coordination with all project participants on the construction site
• You have a valid work permit and are resident in Germany, in order to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions at the locations in Ludwigsfelde and Berlin
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of assertiveness and strong communication skills in order to always act professionally and solution-oriented even in stressful project phases
