    Job description

    • You will be responsible for the technical coordination and intensive monitoring of the installation of all technical building equipment on the construction site, taking into account all mechanical trades
    • In addition, you will be responsible for controlling the specialist areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and pump systems, air conditioning and pump systems and ensure that the systems are installed economically and in accordance with the contract
    • In addition, you will ensure compliance with all legal regulations and internal EHS regulations and monitor the correct implementation of all safety standards during the entire construction phase on site

    Requirements

    • You have completed training as a technician for heating and air conditioning technology (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d) with appropriate further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
    • In addition, you have at least five years of relevant professional experience in installation supervision or construction management of complex projects in the field of mechanical building equipment and supply technology
    • You are characterised by your confident knowledge of the application of international safety standards as well as relevant technical regulations and standards in building services engineering and enable you to work in a precise way of working
    • Written and spoken German at native speaker level and business fluent English to communicate with international teams and prepare technical reports are essential
    • Furthermore, you have a high degree of assertiveness and strong leadership skills and have very good communication skills in dealing with different cultures and hierarchical levels
    • Finally, you are team-oriented, resilient and always work in a goal-oriented manner, to successfully realise the project goals in terms of quality, time and costs even under high deadline pressure
