- You plan and handle your assigned civil engineering projects independently, ensuring the processing of quotations, work preparation and detailed work calculations for the projects
- You take full responsibility for each individual project and always work to a high quality, very cost-conscious and absolutely on time to ensure customer satisfaction:
- You ensure that the required large-scale technology and all materials for the construction sites are researched cost-effectively and procured in good time for smooth progress at the site
- You always keep an eye on the entire construction process and the results achieved and carry out regular checks directly on site at the construction site in the Berlin area
- You coordinate the subcontractors used on the construction sites, you coordinate the subcontractors used on the construction sites, award their services professionally and monitor compliance with the contractually agreed quality standards and legal safety regulations

Requirements
- You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification, such as a construction technician (m/f/d) or foreman (m/f/d) in the field of civil engineering
- In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the independent management of demanding construction projects or infrastructure projects as well as a strong professional competence in the operational implementation
- You are characterised by your sound knowledge of current construction law and the VOB and enable you to handle the projects assigned to you for our customers in a legally compliant manner
- Your sound knowledge of construction-specific software and the common MS-Office applications will support you in the daily documentation and efficient management of construction processes in the office and on site
- You have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure that communication with customersand the authorities professionally and confidently at all times
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of assertiveness and a structured way of working, which is complemented by your independent and always goal-oriented teamwork
- Finally, you are willing to travel by pool car for projects within Berlin, Brandenburg and other regions and have the necessary flexibility for this
