• You will independently prepare and complete construction projects in residential construction and ensure that they are invoiced on time
• You will even carry out basic investigations for existing construction projects with care and professional expertise
• You will create accurate cost estimates and convincing project descriptions for upcoming construction projects
• You can be relied on, when it comes to drawing up construction schedules, tender documents and monitoring construction processes
• you regularly liaise with specialist engineers and carefully review all relevant project documents
• you coordinate and monitor all construction activities on the construction site

• You already have a degree in civil engineering, ideally supplemented by experience in refurbishment measures in existing buildings
• You have routine in using MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as basic knowledge of industry-specific construction software
• You have a class 3 driving licence
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
• You have a valid work permit for Germany
• The ability to work in a team, commitment and strong communication skills characterise you - you are open to new developments
