• You provide production documents and ensure that they are up-to-date and complete
• You set up injection moulding tools and welding systems independently, including processing the set-up checklists
• You carry out release tests and SPC checks, to ensure process reliability and quality
• you rectify faults independently and either carry out necessary repairs directly or initiate them in a targeted manner
• you work continuously on process optimisation and document your work results in detail
• in procurement, commissioning, acceptance and start-up support of systems (in particular welding systems and peripherals), you will actively participate, taking into account deadlines, costs and quality specifications
• you will observe the market and competition and bring relevant findings to the team
• you will prepare evaluations and reports in a structured manner and present them clearly
• you will participate in the continuous improvement process (CIP) and in the creation of process FMEAs
• you will train employees in a practical manner:You will provide practical training and take over the role of the colleague responsible for setup and set-up planning

• You have completed vocational training as a skilled plastics worker (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d), engineer (m/f/d) with a bachelor's degree or many years of professional experience in the plastics sector
• You have a forklift licence and ideally training for cranes, slings and industrial trucks
• You have experience with internal pressure measurement, thermography, cooling capacity measurements and are familiar with the legal requirements for systems and relevant standards (e.g. ISO TS 16949, FMEA)
• PC skills (MS Office, SAP) are among your basic skills

• A class B driving licence is essential for you
