Job description

  • You will process applications and processes in the area of family insurance independently and on a case-by-case basis, from registration to finalisation
  • You will provide comprehensive advice and support to employers and insured persons: in person, by telephone or in writing
  • You will reliably process applications for benefits and care relating to medical aids, ensuring a customer-oriented solution
  • General back-office activities such as document management, data maintenance, mail processing and appointment organisation are also part of your area of responsibility
  • You will assume an interface function and ensure a smooth exchange between insured persons, service providers and the internal departments

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a social insurance clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification or you have extensive professional experience in the field of social insurance
  • ideally, you have already gained professional experience at a health insurance company or in the healthcare sector
  • you are confident with the common MS Office applications and possibly also with industry-specific software
  • your demeanour is engaging and friendly; It's obvious that you enjoy giving advice
  • You work precisely and independently, diligence is a matter of course for you
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
