• You have completed training as an educator (m/f/d), pedagogical specialist (m/f/d), social assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have some experience working with young people
• You show a genuine interest in pedagogical work and respond empathetically to individual needs
• Good German language skills and a valid work permit are a matter of course for you
• The ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment and openness characterise your way of working
