- Clean, deburr and align the parts to be joined
- Select and use suitable solder (soft or hard solder) and flux to optimise the joint
- Heat the joints with a soldering iron, hot air, heat radiation or induction until the solder melts
- you check the solder joints for strength, conductivity and completeness - using optical aids such as magnifying glasses or microscopes
- you remove flux residues, smooth, deburr and grind the solder joints
Requirements
- You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
- A completed technical or manual training, for example as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician or solderer, is an advantage for you
- You have good knowledge of hand soldering or machine soldering - experience in handling electronic and mechanical components rounds off your profile
- You are confident with various tools and measuring equipment for quality control
- Basic knowledge of electronics and reading technical drawings are also part of your skills
