• You will be fully responsible for the conscientious review and strategic negotiation of complex construction contracts
• You will carry out solution-oriented claims management with a strong focus on results to ensure the economic objectives are met
• In your role, you will work in an interdisciplinary manner with various specialist departments, to successfully implement effective anti-claim strategies
• Proactive development and implementation of modern methods for risk identification and prevention are among your core tasks

• A successfully completed degree with a Bachelor, Master's degree or diploma in civil engineering forms your professional foundation
• you have sound knowledge of pricing in the construction industry thanks to several years of experience in costing or project management in civil engineering
• ideally, you already bring advantageous knowledge in the use of SAP R/3 and common tendering software to your new team
• you use your sound German language skills at native speaker level for precise communication with all internal and external stakeholders
• In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany for this responsible position
