Job description

  • You will be responsible for the complete order processing and will look after a clearly defined customer base - from ordering to invoicing
  • With your organisational talent, you will ensure that materials and components are always procured on time and that our projects with renowned OEMs are successfully implemented
  • You are characterised by your sociability and initiative, when you coordinate suppliers and painters and plan the associated logistics processes
  • creating and independently managing master data in the ERP system pro Alpha is a matter of course for you
  • you reliably reconcile packaging accounts and thus make a significant contribution to process reliability
  • exciting and future-oriented tasks await you, in which you can actively contribute your commitment and creative drive

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d)
  • If you already have professional experience from a comparable position, this is an advantage, but not essential
  • Experience with the ERP system pro Alpha will also make it easier for you to get started
  • You have a very good command of German
  • You have a valid work permit for Germany
  • In dealing with customers and suppliers, you are convincing through your communication skills
  • You are confident in using Microsoft Office
  • In English, you communicate easily with international business partners:and suppliers, you will impress with your communication skills
  • you are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
