• Work carefully and responsibly when processing property tax and other property levies
• Manage property tax assessment notices reliably and keep all data up to date
• Maintain the register of property tax concessions conscientiously and completely
• Carefully monitor the complete assessment of property taxpayers
• Prepare notices accurately and in accordance with the applicable requirements
• Process other taxes and fees within the scope of the property tax assessment in a structured manner
• Prepare all the necessary documents and preparatory work for the processing of appeals
• Apply for deferral, deferral, write-off and cancellation of claims

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Your first professional experience in the above-mentioned main areas of activity is desirable
• You are confident in using Office products
• You have a class B driving licence
• You are characterised by your communication and organisational skills
• You are convincing in your everyday work with stress tolerance
