• You are responsible for preparing the annual financial statements
• You also reconcile and clarify accounts receivable, accounts payable and loan accounts
• In your area of responsibility, you check incoming and outgoing invoices for correct tax allocation
• Furthermore, you monitor, and import confirmations reliably
• You work with the external tax consultant and are their contact person
• You ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements
• You value fixed assets, determine depreciation and monitor fixed asset inventories
• Manage the accounting team, which currently consists of one employee
• Actively optimise and continuously improve the accounting processes

• You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) , completed further training as a tax specialist (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in accounting or taxation
• Your profile shows that you have a sound knowledge of DATEV-software and very good knowledge of digital document accounting
• In addition, you are proficient in using MS Office programmes
• You have very good knowledge of VAT
• Knowledge of payroll accounting is desirable for your job
