    Job description

    • You prepare the annual financial statements
    • You independently reconcile and clarify accounts receivable, accounts payable and loan accounts
    • You check incoming and outgoing invoices for correct tax allocation
    • You monitor confirmations of receipt and import, and import confirmations
    • You are the contact person for the external tax consultant (m/f/d)
    • You ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements
    • You value fixed assets, determine depreciation and check inventories
    • You manage the small accounting team, currently one employee, responsibly
    • You continuously optimise and improve the accounting processes

    Requirements

    • You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), further training as a tax specialist (m/f/d) or alternatively comparable commercial training
    • You have several years of professional experience in the field of accounting or taxation
    • Your sound knowledge of DATEV software, with MS Office programmes and in digital document accounting speak for you
    • very good knowledge of VAT and preferably also in the area of payroll accounting also characterise you
    • an open-minded, empathetic and team-oriented personality is part of your portfolio
    • discretion and loyalty as well as leadership skills and the willingness to take on responsibility are a matter of course for you
