• You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the back office team
• You will be responsible for the optimisation and control of all administrative processes in day-to-day business
• You will also be responsible for the implementation and further development of processes in the back office
• In addition, you will be responsible for interface management between the warehouse, logistics and management
• Reporting and the preparation of analyses and statistics for the management round off your job profile

• A completed apprenticeship e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained professional experience in a comparable position
• First management experience is an advantage for you
• You are characterised by your technical comprehension skills and your understanding of products and customer requirements in the metal sector
• You have a talent for organisation, have assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
