- While you lead the assembly team professionally and organisationally - around ten employees in two-shift operation - you make a sustainable contribution to the team and production success
- You independently plan and manage the deployment of personnel, ensure well thought-out shift planning and supervise the induction of new team members
- You are responsible for a stable production process - while maintaining quality, deadlines and productivity
- You provide targeted support to colleagues with technical questions or malfunctions and thus promote on-site solution expertise
- You coordinate and monitor partially automated processes, such as the Datron system for plasma cleaning and adhesive dispensing, automatic screwing machines (Weber), laser labelling systems and pressure and leak test benches
- You consistently implement work instructions, quality and safety specifications and ensure compliance with them
- in close consultation with production management, quality assurance and maintenance, you ensure transparency and efficiency
- you carry out continuous improvement measures (CIP) and process optimisations with the team
- you document relevant key figures and production data in a structured and comprehensible way
- the induction at the Bergkirchen site takes place within 2-4 weeks - your accommodation is of course provided
Requirements
- You have preferably completed further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
- You already have experience in management and personnel responsibility
- Very good written and spoken German language skills ensure clear communication and documentation
- A driving licence and your own car make you flexible and mobile
- You have a valid work permit
- Loyalty, team spirit and commitment round off your profile
