• You will lead a team of experienced carpenters in the production of sports equipment and ensure efficient cooperation
• In addition, you will support the cross-departmental optimisation of production and process flows
• You will also work responsibly in manual production at an industrial level
• You will also take on personnel management in the production and assembly of sports equipment in series and special individual production

• You have completed vocational training as a carpenter (m/f/d), master carpenter (m/f/d), carpenter (m/f/d), wood technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have experience in department management and in managing a carpentry workshop
