• You will lead and develop the internal sales team with 5-10 employees
• As a sparring partner, you will support management, field service and shared service centre
• You are responsible for the organisational and administrative processes at the location
• You are actively involved in day-to-day business and keep an eye on operational issues
• In addition, you create reports and presentations that serve as a basis for decision-making
• You play a constructive role in annual and personnel development meetings

• You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification
• You already have at least 5 years of experience in internal sales
• Affinity with MS Office and ideally with a CRM tool or SAP characterises you
• Fluent German and good English skills are part of your profile
• Your first management experience is desirable
