• You will be responsible for technical and disciplinary management in the area of quality assurance and measurement technology and will lead your team to optimal results
• You will be responsible for the timely coordination of measurement orders for both in-house production parts and purchased parts and will always keep an eye on the processes
• You will carry out measurement tasks independently using modern 3.D measuring machines and other measuring systems and thus ensure precise test results
• you ensure the highest quality standards and make sure that all test processes are consistently adhered to
• The management of test equipment falls within your area of responsibility and you ensure that all equipment is correct and ready for use
• You coordinate test planning closely with development and design so that all test specifications are optimally implemented
• You develop measurement methods and continuously optimise processes in the measuring room, to achieve maximum efficiency and precision
• You support and develop your team of measurement technicians and ensure a highly qualified working environment

• You work closely with production and quality assurance and create sustainable success structures through your communication

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship and ideally supplemented it with further training as a technician or master craftsman - you are also ideally positioned with a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in metrology and quality assurance and apply your knowledge in a targeted manner in your day-to-day work
• You demonstrate leadership experience, especially in the development of your employees, and attach great importance to this, continuously training the team
• You have already demonstrated in-depth knowledge of coordinate measuring technology, various test methods and measurement software and build your expertise on this

• You approach challenges analytically, have strong communication skills and have a convincing hands-on mentality in day-to-day operations
