- You are responsible for four dedicated employees
- You ensure the timely and legally compliant preparation of all operating and heating cost statements
- You handle objections conscientiously and use your experience to do so
- You drive the digitalisation of billing processes and ensure modern processes in the area of operating cost controlling
Requirements
- You will have a degree in business administration or a suitable training or qualification in the property industry for this position
- Experience in the housing industry, especially in operating cost management, makes you an ideal candidate
- A willingness to get stuck in and strong communication skills, a clear assertiveness and strong team spirit characterise you
- Your good knowledge of German will help you to understand and implement all work instructions and customer meetings with confidence, and your valid work permit rounds off your profile
