• You create purchase requisitions in SharePoint, OneSRM and SAP and maintain them reliably
• Consistently adhere to the procurement strategy for all value streams
• You procure tools, measuring equipment, auxiliary and consumable materials, hazardous substances and personal protective equipment
• Attentively coordinate and monitor all purchase requisitions for the entire site
• You obtain quotations, counter-offers and safety data sheets
• carefully compare and evaluate the offers received
• create structured checklists, routing slips, procedural instructions and visitor announcements
• process gate notifications and, if required, building applications (one-pagers)
• reliably obtain approvals, e.g. for power tools, hazardous materials e.g. for power tools, hazardous substances or PPE
• you check incoming goods, spare parts, repairs and services

• You have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) (with master craftsman or technician) or a comparable qualification
• You already have several years of professional experience in procurement, production logistics or technical service

• Very good written and spoken German (business fluent)
• English skills are an advantage
• You are confident working with digital tools such as SharePoint, SAP and OneSRM
