Job description

  • You will be responsible for the detailed analysis of quality problems and complaints that arise and ensure complete documentation of all process steps within the specialist department
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the initiation and monitoring of sustainable improvement measures in order to guarantee the high quality standards of our customer in the long term and in a process-safe manner
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the initiation,
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the initiation, implementation and technical evaluation of complex investigations into various causes of defects using standard quality methods within the company
  • You will also be involved in the development of constructive solution proposals for problem solving as an 8D-team leader is also part of your daily tasks in this exciting technical environment
  • as part of your job, you will actively support the coordination and control of initiated measures and independently ensure compliance with the set deadlines and quality targets
  • finally, you will be responsible for communication on quality-relevant topics and work closely with the neighbouring specialist departments, in order to achieve efficient error prevention in the production process

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), tool mechanic (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d) with a strong technical understanding in practice
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in quality management or complaints processing as well as practical knowledge in the application of the 5-Why, Ishikawa and 8D-Report methods
  • You are characterised by your confident knowledge of MS Office, SAP and common quality software as well as your solid foundation in technical drawing reading
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a technical understanding, to communicate complex issues precisely and professionally to customers
  • Furthermore, you have a high sense of responsibility and strong problem-solving skills to systematically and sustainably eliminate the causes of errors within production
  • Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work in a structured and conscientious manner, whereby flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes within your daily work organisation suit you very well
