Job description

  • You are responsible for the smooth technical operation of our office property and manage external service providers, maintenance and repair companies - from tendering to acceptance
  • You also design and optimise our technical infrastructure and support conversion and modernisation projects
  • You plan the procurement of consumables and operating equipment and are the first point of contact for our employees for technical matters
  • You conscientiously check invoices that fall within your remit and support the planning and monitoring of site-related budgets
  • You ensure compliance with legal requirements,

Requirements

  • You have completed an apprenticeship or degree with a technical focus, ideally in the field of facility management, building or supply engineering
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in technical facility management - ideally in office or industrial environments
  • You convince with your excellent technical understanding
  • In addition, you combine a strategic way of thinking with a hands-on mentality and also tackle minor repairs
  • You are a strong communicator, a talent for organisation and confident even in stressful situations
  • Your profile is rounded off with a class B driving licence
