• You will independently record technical installations on site and create a complete and structured object mapping for the internal CAFM system based on this
• In doing so, you will conscientiously record all relevant technical information and ensure that all data is precisely documented in the system in accordance with the applicable specifications
• You will work closely with other departments and external service providers:inside, to ensure a comprehensive and technically uniform recording of the complex building structures at the site
• as part of your work, you support the continuous optimisation of data quality through regular comparisons between the real inventory and the digitally stored data records
• you also support the team in identifying potential for optimisation within the technical building management system
• . optimisation potential within the technical building equipment through your detailed recording of the system statuses and their technical parameters
• Finally, you are responsible for the timely provision of the recorded system data for downstream processes in maintenance management, taking into account all relevant internal quality standards and guidelines

• You have completed training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) as well as further training as a technician (m/f/d) specialising in building services engineering
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in the technical inventory of buildings or plants as well as a strong understanding of complex building structures and their technical interrelationships
• You have a sound knowledge of the use of CAFMsystems or SAP as well as an experienced handling of the common MS Office applications characterise you in your daily work environment
• you have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure the precise documentation of technical issues and communication with all parties involved
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of technical affinity and a structured way of working that enables you to record even complex system configurations without errors
• In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
