• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the entire water supply operation, professionally leading and motivating your team of specialists to ensure smooth operations
• In addition, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, continuous monitoring and preventive maintenance of all complex water production facilities to ensure the general security of supply at all times
• you will also be responsible for the regular maintenance and careful inspection of the entire pipe network, the associated elevated tanks and the important pumping stations, to minimise losses and optimise functionality
• You will also be responsible for independently and quickly diagnosing faults and professionally rectifying malfunctions in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, always coordinating the emergency teams efficiently
• In the course of your work, you will actively support the assurance of high drinking water quality and mandatory compliance with all relevant legal requirements, in particular the Drinking Water Ordinance and the applicable DVGW regulations
• Finally, you will be responsible for collaborating on innovative planning and digitalisation processes, such as the modern digital documentation of all relevant operating processes using a tablet, and will take part in the necessary on-call and fault clearance service

• You have successfully completed further training as a certified water master (m/f/d), state-certified technician - specialising in civil engineering (m/f/d) or alternatively as a pipe network master (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have several years of sound professional experience in a managerial or responsible position in the field of water supply, network operation or pipe network construction, which you have successfully demonstrated in recent years
• You are characterised by your sound knowledge of the relevant legal and trade association requirements as well as the recognised technical DVGW standards, so that you can reliably and safely guarantee the quality of drinking water for customers at all times
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a class B driving licence so that you can carry out the necessary field appointments and technical documentation without restrictions
• In addition, you have a high level of organisational and leadership skills and are a strong team player, to lead your team professionally and ensure a high level of motivation throughout the company
• Finally, you are willing to be on call and work very reliably and responsibly to ensure the uninterrupted supply of water to customers in the supply area even outside of regular working hours
