Job description

  • You will assume full organisational and technical responsibility for construction projects in the residential and commercial property sector, including challenging conversions and extensions
  • You will independently draw up construction contracts and specifications and actively prepare and conduct contract award meetings for general contractors and individual contract awards
  • You will coordinate and manage external service providers, specialist planners and partners:with framework agreements for efficient processes
  • You plan, monitor and control all planning and construction services with precision
  • You carry out building inspections and are responsible for cost control, invoice verification and careful completion of the construction measures
  • You consistently ensure that projects are realised in accordance with requirements, in particular with regard to quality assurance, defect processing and supplementary management
  • You carry out the ongoing digital documentation of projects in the IT system and also ensure an overview of the operator's maintenance and inspection obligations

Requirements

  • You have completed technical training in the field of building and operating technology; ideally a technical university degree or a master craftsman title
  • You have many years of practical experience in the holistic implementation of construction projects as well as specific specialist knowledge in building renovation
  • You have a class B driving licence (car) and use it flexibly for work locations
  • Independently, structured and efficient approach to all tasks and maintain an overview even in complex projects
  • Negotiation skills, strong communication skills and teamwork characterise your daily work and dealings with internal and external partners
