Job description

  • You will be responsible for independent customer support in all sales-related processes, both in the office and in the field, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the targeted acquisition of new customers and projects, to further expand our customer's market potential sustainably and successfully
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial clarification of enquiries and orders in close coordination with the internal specialist departments and external contacts
  • Continuous support and maintenance of existing and new customers is also part of your tasks, in order to actively promote long-term and trusting cooperation
  • as part of your job, you will support the processing of customer enquiries, prepare detailed quotations and be responsible for their consistent follow-up until successful completion
  • finally, you will be responsible for system input and maintenance of ERP data and monitor the entire order process, including the professional processing of any complaints

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d) with further technical training
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in technical sales or customer service, ideally with initial points of contact in the plastics processing or polymer technology sector
  • You are particularly well versed in the common MS Office applications and experienced in using modern ERP systems for this versatile interface function
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and good English skills for internal and external communication with all parties involved
  • In addition, you have a high level of communication skills and sociability, to always convince professionally both in the team and in direct customer contact
  • Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work carefully, structured and absolutely reliably at all times in order to ensure the long-term and sustainable success of the company
