• You will be responsible for the conception and detailed creation of innovative training and further education content for theoretical and practical learning units in attendance as well as for digital formats

• You have completed training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or network fitter (m/f/d) as well as further training as a certified network foreman for electricity (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have professional experience in technical training and further education as well as sound knowledge in communicating complex content to different target groups
• You have a sound knowledge of common MS-Office applications as well as in the use of modern digital learning platforms and e-learning tools for contemporary knowledge transfer characterise you in particular
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a precise way of expressing yourself, which are absolutely essential for conveying the course content to the participants
• You have a valid work permit and residency in Germany in order to be able to reliably carry out the activities at the Paderborn location without legal restrictions for our customer at all times
• In addition, you have a high level of pedagogical skill and strong communication skills, in order to optimally accompany the participants throughout the entire duration of the training measures
