- You are responsible for answering customer enquiries by telephone
- You are also responsible for forwarding customer enquiries
- You are in charge of coordinating the callback department
- You are responsible for providing information to customers
- You are responsible for recording customer data
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You are also welcome as a career changer (m/f/d)
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- You are willing to work once a month on Saturdays or Sundays from 09:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
